For small teams making a meaningful difference.

A clear workspace for everyday casework.

More time with people.
Less time piecing things together.

When client details live in spreadsheets and notes are scattered across documents, finding the latest information can become a job in itself.

Casey brings the essentials into one place: who you are helping, who is working with them and what happened last. A focused starting point for small teams doing important work.

The everyday essentials

A clearer home for case work.

A focused early release built around clients, workers, case notes and recorded service activity.

Client records your team can find

Keep contact details, intake information, program and assigned worker together. Search and filter your client list when you need to pick up a case.

Case notes for everyday work

Record calls, meetings, emails and visits with a date, author and note. Keep the context and next steps with the client.

Clear responsibility through a handover

Team leaders can assign and reassign clients. The assigned caseworker can read the client’s note history and continue their support.

A shared view of team activity

Team leaders can see caseloads, open and closed cases and recorded notes. These describe service activity, not client outcomes.

For small Australian teams

Community services at the centre.

Whether your team works in housing support, family services, community mental health or a neighbourhood centre, the starting questions are familiar: who needs support, who is working with them and what happened last?

Casey is designed for organisations with modest teams and limited time for complex systems. Team Leaders manage their organisation’s clients and staff; Caseworkers work with their assigned clients.

Impact made easy is our ambition. Today, Casey helps organise case work and record service activity; it does not measure client outcomes.

From first contact to what comes next

One less thing
to piece together.

Good support starts with understanding the person in front of you. Casey keeps the practical details in place, so your team can stay focused.

01

Start with the person.

Bring client details, program and assignment together in a clear, thoughtful intake.

02

Keep the story connected.

Record conversations and next steps with case notes that stay with the client through a handover.

03

See your team’s activity.

Give team leaders a shared view of caseloads, open cases and recorded service activity.

Built around your team

A shared view.
A clear responsibility.

Give each person the information they need, and give your team leaders the context to keep work moving.

Create your workspace

The right access for each role.

Caseworkers see their assigned clients. Team leaders can manage clients, staff and activity across their organisation.

Context that follows the client.

When an assignment changes, the new caseworker can read the note history and pick up with more understanding.

A separate space for your organisation.

Organisation boundaries and current staff permissions are enforced wherever client records are accessed.

A few helpful details

Before you
get started.

Who is Casey for?

Casey is built for small community service teams who need a shared home for client intake, case notes and day-to-day service activity. The preview has two staff roles: Team Leader and Caseworker.

What can I try in the preview?

The development preview includes staff invitations, client records, case notes and an activity dashboard for team leaders. Use synthetic information only while operating terms, privacy arrangements and release checks are completed.

What does the activity dashboard show?

Team leaders can see caseloads, open and closed cases, recently active clients and notes recorded across a selected period. These are measures of recorded service activity; they do not measure client outcomes.

Can we get started before inviting the team?

Yes. Create your organisation’s workspace as its Team Leader, then add a client. You can leave the client unassigned and invite caseworkers when you are ready.
